Career Opportunities - Help Desk Coordinator

Dairyland Power Cooperative, headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin, has an immediate opening for an experienced Help Desk Coordinator to support our help desk environment. The Help Desk Coordinator will primarily be responsible for all aspects of customer support, including taking phone calls and call tracking, hardware and software installation, building desktops and laptops, network and server configurations, and password security. The position will also be responsible for developing procedures and making occasional visits to userís remote locations to fix problems.

This position requires a dedicated self-starter with strong customer service skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelorís degree plus one (1) year established technology or computer related help desk experience. Will also consider Associate degree with four (4) years OR high school diploma with seven (7) years help desk experience. In-depth knowledge of technology or computer-related products and applications are a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and network fundamentals preferred. Will consider entry level applicants.
