Dairyland is a Pacesetter company for the annual United Way fundraising campaign, which is a great opportunity to support the Cooperative Principle, Concern for Community.

The Great Rivers United Way honored Dairyland and three other corporate partners recently in La Crosse. The total contribution from Dairyland to the Great Rivers United Way for this year’s Pacesetter campaign was $97,136.33. Dairyland is proud to be among these local organizations working to make our region stronger.

DPC's Genoa staff volunteer at De Soto Schools

Back-to-School 2020 just got better at the De Soto Middle and High School, thanks to six skilled employees from Dairyland's Genoa #3 power plant.

Four Mechanics (Nate Hoover, Kurt Krause, Tom Nickelatti, Dave Wucherer), one Electrician (John Clements) and one Instrument Technician (Brian Ziegler) spent eight hours at the school recently, helping prepare the building for a safe student return. Some of the building materials were donated by Dairyland.

Showing that Co-op Heart In & Out of Work

At Dairyland, we often talk about how our actions are guided by the Cooperative Principles and our Mission to improve quality of life. These creeds aren’t just lip service, they’re values Dairylanders live by, in and out of the workplace. We see it when coworkers spend their down time making PPE for health care workers, coaching youth, building homes for families that need a fresh start, serving on local charitable boards... the list could go on and on.
