Congratulations to Supervisor, Records and Information Management Beth Thomes for earning the March People Powers award! Beth was nominated by Leadership & Organizational Development Manager Joleen Trussoni for acting with an Own It mindset. 

As part of her nomination, Joleen shared how Beth's commitment to excellence was instrumental in the Leadership Offsite meeting. She highlighted how Beth demonstrated the People Power "Own It" by taking personal responsibility for creating essential tools and documents and stepping up to lead during critical times. Additionally, Beth saw things through to the end by analyzing data and developing a summary report. Joleen also noted that, “Beth’s actions consistently went above and beyond her regular duties, showcasing exceptional leadership behaviors and a genuine commitment to team success.”
