Amanda Hoefling is Dairyland Power’s Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer (EVP/CAO). She is responsible for the strategic leadership of Dairyland’s Corporate Services division, which includes Administrative Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Powered Printing and Safety departments.
Amanda joined Dairyland in January 2019 as Vice President, Human Resources. She was promoted to Chief Member Relations and Human Resources Officer in October 2019 and to EVP/CAO in April 2022. Prior to joining Dairyland, Amanda worked at Pedernales Electric Cooperative (Johnson City, Texas) for nearly 15 years in a variety of leadership roles in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
Amanda serves on the Cooperative Network Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees for Viterbo University and serves on the Wisconsin Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment.
Amanda holds an executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. She completed the Energy Executive Course at the University of Idaho and is a graduate of the University of Texas Human Resources Management Certificate Program. Amanda is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Amanda and her husband live in Holmen, Wis., where they are members of the Riverland Energy Cooperative.
