Gary Mazo joined Dairyland Power Cooperative in 2026 as Vice President & Chief Risk Officer and was promoted later that year to Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy and Risk Officer. In this role, he leads corporate strategy, enterprise risk management, portfolio analytics and risk reporting, supporting long-term planning, business alignment and risk governance across the organization.
Prior to joining Dairyland, Gary served in roles of increasing responsibility at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), including Vice President-Fuels; Director, Operations Finance; and Director, Portfolio Analytics & Risk Management. Before Gary's tenure at TVA, he held various audit, credit and risk management roles at Progress Energy and began his career in public accounting.
