In January 2024, Kathleen Galioto was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In her role, she leads Dairyland’s legal and records teams.
Galioto joined Dairyland as the Deputy Director of Legal Services in February 2022, bringing more than 21 years of public and private sector legal experience to the cooperative. She was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in July 2022 and helped coordinate the expansion of the Legal Services Department to support Dairyland’s legal needs and strategic initiatives.
Prior to Dairyland, Galioto served as the Assistant General Counsel and Legal Services Manager for Energy Northwest (Richland, Wash.)
