Congratulations to Compliance Analyst Lyndsey Finley for earning the February People Powers award! Lyndsey was nominated by Assistant Controller Molly Powell.
In her nomination, Molly recognized Lyndsey for exemplifying the Own It People Power when asked to research a procurement issue tied to the Middle-Mile grant project and vendor eligibility for reimbursement. Lyndsey developed an analysis that supported Dairyland’s legal justification memo to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), strengthening the case to treat the vendor expenses as reimbursable under the grant agreement. The NTIA ultimately approved the full list of vendors and expenses, unlocking more than $1.6 million in reimbursable costs that had previously been deemed ineligible. Molly added that “Lyndsey continues to show her commitment to Dairyland and the value that she adds to this organization.”
Thank you, Lyndsey, for exemplifying the Own It People Power to support our team and members!
