Congratulations to Manager, Real Estate and Right-of-Way Jane Eggen for earning the June People Powers award. Jane was nominated by Senior HR Business Partner Meghan Berendes for the People Power – Lead by Example. 

In her nomination, Meghan highlighted Jane’s selfless leadership, dedication to her team and ability to build strong relationships with members, landowners and colleagues. “Jane gets the job done,” she wrote. “She is selfless with her time, generous with her knowledge and steady in the way she supports others.” Meghan also praised Jane's commitment to helping others succeed, noting that she consistently leads with a "no team member left behind" mindset. “Every time I ask Jane what she needs or how something might impact her, her response is always the same: ‘We'll make it happen.’ That simple phrase says so much about who she is," said Meghan.
