Nemadji Trail Energy Center Environmental Assessment
The Nemadji Trail Energy Center is a combined-cycle natural gas plant that will deliver 525-625 megawatts (MW) of baseload energy to the electric grid. It will be located in Superior, Wis., as a renewable-enabling generation resource that can ramp up and down quickly to adjust for the intermittency of renewable energy generation.
