In her nomination justification, Ceilia detailed how Asia's ownership of the Dairyland Interest Group (DIG) Intern Cohort has greatly enhanced the both the organizational and employee experience. Asia's creation and leadership of the Intern Cohort has resulted in a valuable recruitment and retention tool for Dairyland. "Asia has taken full ownership of this program, which she worked last year to create from the ground up. Now in its second successful year, this Dairyland Interest Group is a testament to her commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. Asia is always open to feedback and consistently works to implement enhancements to the program, ensuring that each intern in the cohort has the best experience possible."
Ceilia noted that Asia's efforts include organizing events, site visits and experiences to provide interns with a "comprehensive understanding of our business and the core values that drive our operations." Asia brings an attitude to match her effort. "Her enthusiasm is infectious, and she consistently fosters a supportive and engaging environment for both interns and colleagues," said Ceilia.
Thank you, Asia, for supporting growth, development and positivity at Dairyland while exemplifying our Own It People Power!
