Each month, Dairyland employees may nominate an individual who exemplifies one of our six People Powers. The People Powers represent our Dairyland values and awards are given to those who go above and beyond in one or more of the areas. January's People Power award winner is Organizational Change Management Analyst Ceilia Hewines! Ceilia was nominated by Chief Strategy Officer April Wehling and OCM Program Manager Joleen DeFlorian-Trussoni for the award within the Cooperative Purpose People Power.

As part of their nomination justification, April and Joleen cited Ceilia’s dedication to aligning work to Dairyland’s Strategic Priorities and our Vision to provide safe, reliable and cost-effective electricity to our members. “She does this daily by being a team player, owning and driving her personal development and proactively leveraging her knowledge and skills to better the organization.”

In addition to her OCM role, Ceilia has continued to support the Supply Chain area, including being instrumental in working on supply-side procurement logistics. Ceilia has become certified as a Prosci Change Practitioner and earned a Business Process Improvement Certificate from the University of Minnesota.

“Ceilia regularly demonstrates gumption for the benefit of our members. She takes on tasks and projects with energy and determination and continues to operate above the line of accountability,” said April and Joleen.

Thank you for your dedication and member-focused leadership, Ceilia!
