Dairyland hosted its second annual Human Resources and Administrative Excellence Conference this week, welcoming co-op professionals to La Crosse for networking, collaboration and community service. Dairyland and conference attendees demonstrated their support of Cooperative Principle #7 Concern for Community by participating in the Great Rivers United Way imPACKS Program.

As part of the Great Rivers United Way imPACKS program, participants assembled 360 hygiene kits filled with essential personal care items, including shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, socks, gloves, and more. The kits were delivered to the Salvation Army of La Crosse and the Catholic Charities Warming Shelter, ensuring support reaches those in need.

“Giving back to our communities is a core part of our conference each year,” said Courtney Cuta, Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Manager of Administration. “The imPACKS program provided team building and networking while also putting the cooperative principles into action and giving back.”

By streamlining the process of gathering supplies and coordinating with local nonprofits, imPACKS allows volunteers to focus on what matters most—making a difference. Dairyland is proud to partner with initiatives like this to strengthen the communities we serve.
