Dairyland helped kick off a great school year at our neighborhood school, Hintgen Elementary in La Crosse, with a special delivery for students and teachers. All students received water bottles and teachers were celebrated with gift cards to a local coffee shop and cookies.

Dairyland collaborates with the La Crosse Public Education Foundation on its Adopt-a-School program as Hintgen Elementary's partner. The Adopt-a-School program matches businesses and community organizations to specific schools in La Crosse.

“As a supporter of local public education and a business neighbor in the community, Dairyland believes strongly in partnering with Hintgen on actions that improve the quality of life for all students and the overall school experience,” said Deb Mirasola, Director, Member Relations & Chief Communications Officer.

This summer, Dairyland became a GROW La Crosse corporate sponsor of Hintgen's school garden, with a five-year commitment to hands-on volunteerism and financial support. To help alleviate food insecurity, Dairyland donates funds for healthy school-day snacks and plans to support future enrichment activities.
