March 8 is International Women’s Day, which celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. This year's theme is Embrace Equity.

Dairyland is proud to honor the women who help keep power flowing in our organization and worldwide, all year long. From member services and human resources to lineworkers and engineers, women play vital roles in energizing our communities.

Locally, Dairyland is a supporter of the Women's Fund of Greater La Crosse towards their mission to enrich the lives of women and girls. Dairyland Communications & PR Specialist Ellie Meyer serves on the Women's Fund Board of Directors.
